outclass ל-Zoom
רשם ההערות של outclass מצטרף לפגישות ה-Zoom שבחרתם, מודיע למשתתפים שהשיחה מוקלטת, ואחרי השיחה אתם מקבלים תמלול, סיכום, החלטות ומשימות.
The outclass notetaker joins the Zoom meetings you choose, tells participants the call is being recorded, and after the call you get a transcript, summary, decisions and action items.
הוספת האפליקציה
- היכנסו ל-outclass ופתחו את פגישות ← הגדרות ← מקורות הפגישות.
- לחצו על ״חיבור Zoom״ ואשרו את ההרשאות במסך של Zoom.
- החיבור מופיע כ״מחובר״, ופגישות ה-Zoom הקרובות שלכם מופיעות ברשימת הפגישות.
Adding the app: sign in to outclass, open Meetings → Settings → Meeting sources, click “Connect Zoom” and approve the permissions on Zoom's consent screen. The connection shows as connected and your upcoming Zoom meetings appear in your meetings list.
שימוש
לפי כללי ההצטרפות שבחרתם (כל פגישה, רק פגישות עם משתתפים מבחוץ, רק פגישות שאתם מארגנים, או ידנית), הבוט מצטרף לפגישות ה-Zoom שלכם, גם לפגישות מיידיות ולפגישות שאינן ביומן. הוא נכנס בשמכם, רק כשאתם בפגישה, וכותב בצ׳אט שהשיחה מוקלטת עם קישור שבו כל משתתף יכול לעצור את ההקלטה. אפשר גם לכבות הקלטה לפגישה בודדת ברשימת הפגישות.
Usage: following the auto-join rules you pick (every meeting, only meetings with external participants, only meetings you organize, or manual), the bot joins your Zoom meetings, including instant meetings and meetings that are on no calendar. It joins on your behalf, only while you are in the meeting, and posts a chat message announcing the recording with a link any participant can use to stop it. You can turn recording off for a single meeting in your meetings list.
הסרת האפליקציה
- ב-outclass: פגישות ← הגדרות ← מקורות הפגישות, ולחצו ״ניתוק״ ליד חשבון ה-Zoom. או:
- ב-Zoom App Marketplace: Manage → Added Apps, ולחצו Remove ליד outclass.
בשני המקרים אנחנו מבטלים את הבוטים העתידיים שנקבעו מהחיבור, ומוחקים את אסימוני הגישה ואת הפגישות שסונכרנו מ-Zoom. פגישות שכבר הוקלטו נשארות בחשבון שלכם עד שתמחקו אותן או עד תום תקופת השמירה.
Removing the app: in outclass go to Meetings → Settings → Meeting sources and click “Disconnect” next to your Zoom account, or in the Zoom App Marketplace go to Manage → Added Apps and click Remove next to outclass. Either way we cancel the future bots scheduled through the connection and delete the Zoom tokens and the meetings synced from Zoom. Meetings already recorded stay in your account until you delete them or the retention period ends.
